You will work closely with our development and design teams to ensure that our products deliver an exceptional user experience.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s Degree
– 3+ years of experience in the same field

Responsibilities:

  • Design and Prototyping:
    • Create engaging and user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
    • Develop high-fidelity visual designs that align with client requirements and project goals.
  • User Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.
    • Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet project objectives.
    • Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively, incorporating feedback and making adjustments as needed.
  • Design Implementation:
    • Ensure that designs are implemented accurately and consistently across different platforms and devices.
    • Collaborate with developers to address design-related issues and ensure a smooth transition from design to development.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and deliverables.
    • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Requirements and skills:

  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript,React JS) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for design excellence.
